What is a Virtual Assistant?
Think of it like an Executive Assistant, or an Operations Manager but on a scale that is bespoke to your needs
How much does it cost?
At Mana Operations, we charge a minimum hourly rate of $40 (incl. GST) with 5% of all invoices being donated to Veteran led organisations like No Duff Charitable Trust, The Missing Wingman Trust, Te Kiwi Maia. There is no minimum contracted hours as all contracts are unique in what is required.
What should I expect in an initial consultation?
We will go over what you need assistance with, what struggles or pinch points I can assist with. I can dive as deep as you need or even just help get you above water if you have been a bit behind on things. We can come up with a plan, but test and adjust if required. Flexibility is the key to my business model.
